Classes and workshops are designed to redirect your attention within to that space of quiet where you can become more of the neutral observer of the thoughts and emotions that may be present. Using a few basic tools of meditation, you create a space of restfulness, which enables you to become more aware of tensions you may be unconsciously holding, and as a result, reset your body, mind and spirit for wellness.

Classes are in-person, via Zoom or as a weekend retreat.


Meditation 101. 
In this four-week series, we learn the basic tools of meditation, which open the doors to increase awareness of the dynamic relationship between body, mind and spirit. We learn about the energetic field around the body (aura), grounding to release unwanted energies in the body, such as stress and pain, and becoming more aware of how energy runs in your body to foster creativity, centeredness and peace. Class meets once a week for 1.5 hours.  $200/person

Meditation 102. 
In this follow up to Meditation 101, we learn more advanced tools to define your physical and energetic space as well as recognize and release past-time energies and those that no longer contribute to who you are now or choose to be. The four-week class meets weekly for 1.5 hours. $200/person

Women's intuition
In this four-week series for women, we’ll look at female creative energy, the spiritual vibration that is unique to you. It’s a dynamic and vital energy that powers the female body, fostering wellness of organs, glands and hormones and our creativity. How are you using your female creative energy. Is some of it being given away to solve others’ problems or is it stuck in a past issue that you may have forgotten about? By simply paying attention to the female body and spiritual energy that drives it, these channels can be cleared, releasing such emotions as guilt, responsibility and fostering creativity and wellness. The four-week class meets weekly for 1.5 hours. $200/person

Communicating with your Animal Friends 
In this two-hour workshop, we learn what animal communication is and how it works. You will develop your ability to establish a two-way dialogue with your own animals by using easy meditative techniques. Guided exercises help you connect with animals and know what your pet is thinking and feeling. We'll also explore animal totems and the dream space. $40/person

Exploring your Chakras with Sound.                                
In this seven-week series, we use sound played on crystal bowls to become more aware of the body's energy centers, known as chakras. We'll focus on one chakra each week, playing a tone that activates energy center. No experience is necessary. Bring your enthusiasm and sense of adventure! $300/person

Meditate in nature. 
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll take an easy walk on area trails and stop for a one-hour meditation in nature. Being away from your daily routine allows you to commune with nature, wildlife and yourself. They are scheduled throughout the spring, summer and fall in the Northern California region and in other areas by request. $40/person.

Exploring the dream space
Are you aware of your dreams, and where does your spirit/soul go when your physical body is at rest? In this class, we’ll explore the Astral Body, the spiritual body in which you navigate realms beyond the physical. The four-week class meets weekly for 1.5 hours. $200/person
